DC Solar Home System LS DC 1.28kWh

It is a 12.8 or 25.6V Plug & Play Solar Home System Kit with a Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery of 1.28kWh. With its unique size, it plays a crucial role in advancing productive use in rural off-grid settings. It can run multiple loads, such as Freezer between 160L to 400L, E-Pressure Cookers, or even DC Solar Mills.

The integrated Zimpertec Battery Management System BMS ensures a long system lifetime. The LS DC follows the highest quality standards. It is designed to reach >3000 cycles. The manufacturing is ISO 9001 certified. Its built-in solar battery charger, monitoring system, and load output control take care of the battery.

The unique LCD will provide valuable and clear system information to the user, which is critical for productive energy use. For example, the end user can see with it the remaining operation time of the solar mill, which can help the user to manage her energy consumption. The LCD also shows additional failure codes that can be sent to technicians for fast issue resolution.

Additionally, essential loads can be served, such as phone charging via the USB outlets allowing many 5V USB devices to be recharged or operated. The optional 12V load outlets allow using any 12V system (within power limits). Finally, to make the product more affordable over time, the DC LS Solar Home system has the PayGo option on demand at the factory level. The Pay-As-You-Go functionality uses the industry-wide Open PayGo standard.

combined with the Sunflower LED Lamp, the kit brings rapid light to people. Due to its unique heat sink design and high-frequency LED driver with no electrolytic capacitors, the over-temperature protection (dimming) ensures the lamp can last very long, even in harsh environments. The built-in 6 m wire with a switch and plug for easy installation makes the system setup very simple. The extra extension wires make the installation flexible for adjusting the distance between the lamp's target place and Lithium System.

Energy Efficient Large Scale Refrigeration/ Freezer

The 160L and 400L DC refrigerators or freezers allow large-scale refrigeration for multiple purposes. The refrigerators are ultra-efficient units and have exceptionally low energy consumption requiring. In addition, the high-quality construction provides excellent reliability and long life. Super-insulated cabinets feature polyurethane insulation with powdered-coated galvanized steel exterior and aluminum interior. This setup is perfect for farms, shops, or larger households. It also supports minimizing food loss in off-grid areas to cool food and increase the longevity of food.

As one of the few plug-and-play systems, the LS DC can run a solar mill effectively. The SHS enables farmers or shop owners to offer new or improved services to their customers. Additionally, the mills reduce food loss by allowing more goods to be processed. Further, it can tremendously lessen the need for diesel in off-grid areas, which is expensive, often a scarce good, and leads to unhealthy smog for operators. Also, as it is DC it is often twice as practical compared to usual AC/ Diesel mills with a comparable size. It allows food grating, oil expelling, and coffee/ flour/ spice grinding.
